It has been almost ten months since DSPro (Datasheet Standard Process) was implemented at the SKZ Plastics Center. Thanks to the specially developed material analysis, standard tests for plastic granulates and workpieces can be carried out more cost-effectively. Numerous customers have now tested the simplified and unbureaucratic inquiry process – with consistently positive feedback.

The DSPro was developed as part of a comprehensive optimization of the organizational structure to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the testing of plastic materials. This method allows standard tests to be carried out more quickly without compromising the quality of the results. Since its introduction ten months ago, numerous customers have extensively tested the new process and particularly appreciate the ease of use and the significant time savings. The revised process, which is additionally supported by an online request form, significantly reduces the administrative effort for customers and enables them to submit requests quickly and easily. This contributes significantly to higher customer satisfaction and more efficient collaboration.
Online form enables straightforward requests
“Our customers are impressed by the simplicity and efficiency of DSPro. The option of making straightforward requests using our online form has significantly simplified the entire process for everyone involved. We are delighted with the positive feedback and are committed to continuing to optimize our services to meet the needs of our customers,” says Alexander Ebenbeck, head of sales for the testing division at SKZ. The SKZ invites all companies that want to have plastic granulates, molded parts or standard test specimens tested to try out the DSPro and benefit from the advantages of this optimized testing process. The online request form on the SKZ website can be used to easily and directly submit the testing requirements.
