Certification process
How the audit works
The certification of your management system is carried out in the following steps.
For initial certification
1) On-site visit (optional): Individual information meeting with the customer to clarify open questions
on the subject of "Certification of your management system" (optional)
2) Readiness assessment audit (stage 1) on-site audit (with subsequent audit report)
3) Audit stage 2 - certification audit: on-site audit (with subsequent audit report)
4) Granting of certificate: Decision on certification,
Certificate issuance (3-year term) and inclusion in the SKZ-Cert reference list
5-6) Annual surveillance, on-site audits (with subsequent audit reports)
Transition to re-certification
7) Re-certification before the previous certificate expires,
On-site audit (with subsequent audit report)
8) Granting of certificate: decision on further certification,
Issue of certificate (3-year term)
9-10) Annual surveillance, on-site audits (with subsequent audit reports)
Re-certification cycle (7-10) is repeated on an ongoing basis
