SKZ is pleased to have a new machine on loan from ENGEL AUSTRIA GmbH. The e-mac 100 injection molding machine is equipped with state-of-the-art hardware and software. Both the institute in Würzburg and the participants in the training courses benefit from an excellent complete package. In particular, the digital support programs are a great help in familiarizing the participants with the new possibilities in plastics processing.
Comprehensive Software Portfolio
The software portfolio includes iQ weight control, which compensates for material variations and adapts to environmental conditions, and iQ flow control, which controls mold temperature control and energy optimization. The new machine also features iQ clamp control, which optimizes clamp force.
Enthusiasm among students and instructorsParticipants and trainers alike are enthusiastic about the possibilities offered by digitally supported processing technology. "We would like to thank ENGEL for the fully equipped all-electric e-mac injection molding machine in our training technology center. This means that we can always train our injection molding participants using the latest technology," says Robert Held, group leader of the SKZ injection molding training department.
Greater efficiency in the injection molding process
All assistance systems support the setter in faster and more efficient process determination and control, thus contributing to the economic efficiency of the injection molding process. "We are proud to be able to provide SKZ with another machine and thus support training and further education in the plastics industry here in Germany," says Sebastian Dombos, Managing Director of ENGEL Nuremberg.
