More graduations than ever before: SKZ advanced training courses have reached record numbers
SKZ has reason to celebrate: this year, there were more graduations than ever before. Companies see the need to invest time and financial resources in their employees and rely on SKZ courses to do so.

Modular advanced training courses are in vogue
The shortage of skilled workers is well known everywhere and has long been a concern for employers. In addition to recruiting new staff, it is important to value, promote and retain their own employees. More and more companies are turning to in-company training. In this context, the employer provides the financial and time resources so that the employees can continue their education. In this way, the economic performance and the coverage of the qualification needs can be better guaranteed.
Extensive advanced training courses are in vogue - the SKZ has also noticed this. For several years now, the institute has been offering modular programs that consist of several individual courses and can thus be easily integrated into everyday working life. The programs provide very comprehensive knowledge in the chosen subject area. Plastics developers, process optimizers, colorists or compounding specialists: the specialist areas are as varied as the tasks in the plastics industry. "Never before have so many participants earned their own SKZ degree as in 2022," Matthias Ruff, Sales Manager at SKZ, is pleased to report.
This makes it clear: advanced training courses are in demand as never before. The large number of degrees confirms the success of the modular SKZ programs. The large practical part in all courses, seminars and training courses is a quality feature at the SKZ. For this reason, all continuing education locations have their own technical centers. The range of topics for advanced professional training at the SKZ will continue to grow in the future in order to keep the educational standard of skilled workers up to date and to expand it.
