The third-generation Zhafir Zeres 1200/300/B36 with a clamping force of 1,200 kN will be available to approximately 1,000 students per year in the field of injection molding. The machine enriches the range of training courses from basic courses to certified setters and certified mold designers for the target group of career changers to skilled workers. The low noise emission of the electric toggle machine with integrated hydraulics creates a pleasant training atmosphere in the technical center.
"We are proud to provide SKZ with another machine to support education and training in the plastics industry here in Germany," said Mr. Niels Herz, Sales Manager Germany of Haitian International Germany, at the machine handover.
"We sincerely thank Haitian for generously providing the loan machine. It is important that skilled workers have access to advanced machinery to develop their skills in plastics processing," added Robert Held, Group Manager Education Injection Molding and Additive Manufacturing.
After the SKZ in Peine was grateful to receive the Zhafir machine for permanent use in training last year, the colleagues in Würzburg are pleased that a new Zhafir machine will also be available for training this year.
