As a training center, the Kunststoff-Zentrum SKZ places a high value on providing its participants with up-to-date and modern machines. Therefore, the machine park is regularly updated. Now another new machine has been added: a Haitian ZE900V-210 Zhafir Zeres with 900 kN clamping force. In the future, further training events and research projects are planned for the machine.

With software, everyone knows how indispensable regular updates are. However, regular updates also make sense in the field of hardware – this applies also to plastic injection molding. It is therefore all the more important to have an up-to-date and modern machine park, such as the one that SKZ provides for the participants of its further training events.
Haitian International Germany GmbH has already provided the SKZ Plastics Center with an injection molding machine for educational and research activities. Many participants have already been able to familiarize themselves with a Zhafir Zeres 1200/300/B36 in various training courses. But here, too, it was time for an update: Since the third quarter of 2024, the Würzburg Institute has received a ZE900V-210 Zhafir Zeres with 900 kN clamping force from the current Haitian generation as a successor model.
Valuable contribution to training competent skilled workers or career changers
The new machine will be used in the future in training courses such as the “Certified Injection Molding Setter”, the “Injection Molding Defects” and similar advanced training courses, but will also be available for research experiments and development projects. With the HT·XTEND equipment that comes as standard with Haitian – smart, process-optimizing machine features – the entire process chain can be optimized and monitored with the shortest reaction times, from the optimized plasticizing and injection process to tool protection. Likewise, the integrated energy monitoring of the machine supports economical production with the highest quality standards. These advanced features make a valuable contribution to training competent skilled workers or career changers in the injection molding industry.
“We are delighted with the new addition to the technical center and the opportunity to continue training our participants to the current technical standards of a wide range of manufacturers. I would like to thank the HAITIAN company from the bottom of my heart for their many years of support and for the new machine. Being able to offer practical training with such a high industry relevance is a decisive added value for our courses,” says Robert Held, Group Leader of Injection Molding Training.
