On April 9 and 10, the SKZ invites you to the Polymer Foams Conference at the Model Factory in Würzburg. The event promises a focused look at the latest developments and innovations in the field of polymer foams - and provides a dynamic platform for scientists, engineers, manufacturers and users to exchange views on current trends and challenges. The program includes informative presentations, discussions and networking opportunities that provide a deep insight into the world of polymer foams.
Opportunity for exchange and networking
The symposium is held every two years under the direction of Prof. Volker Altstädt. Numerous interesting presentations - held by experts from the industry - provide participants with comprehensive insights into practical applications. In addition to topics such as rheology, special features of injection molding and extrusion of polymer foams, the agenda also includes innovations such as nanofoams, applications in additive manufacturing and simulation in chemical foaming. The symposium will be framed by numerous coffee breaks and a social evening event for discussion, exchange of ideas and networking.
"Dynamic field
"The SKZ Polymer Foams Symposium is a unique opportunity for professionals to deepen their knowledge and learn about the latest developments in this dynamic field. We look forward to providing an inspiring event and welcoming experts from different areas of the plastics industry," says Nathalie Spiegel, Product Manager at SKZ. "I would like to express my sincere thanks to Prof. Altstädt who has once again taken over the technical direction and helped us to put together such a high quality lecture program".
